PUNKY GIBBON: Considered a return to form, with Perry - helped by Roddy Frame and two parts of The Long Decline - tackling the myths behind the 1969 moon landing ('Apollo') and working class life ('Politics In Every Sausage'). While not totally tuneless or mirthless - pick your moment and there's a few laughs to be had - to these ears it still sounds like the same badly-produced/played/sung, slightly mad musings set to a not very captivating beat. And it lasts an hour. A fucking hour.
