Bootleg. Not even recorded in Cardiff. Or even Wales. This show was in fact performed in Leicester, which is in England. Not the complete show, apparently.

This was reissued on CD in 1994 as Live In Cardiff 1977 and on LP as My Daddy Was a Punk Rocker.
It has also been issued as part of S.O.S. Cardiff / New York (1984) and Mutable Punks (1994)
