Reviews & Opinions

DAVE THOMPSON, MOJO, OCTOBER 2003 (100 PUNK SORCHERS!): "Kraftwerk meet Blue Oyster Cult by the Akron smokestacks" [read full review here]

PUNYK GIBBON: The original lo-fi versions of these two songs, later re-recorded for Q: Are We Not Men? A: We Are Devo! Can;lt decide which versions I prefer - they're all great - but this is for the one who lamented Devo ever getting slick and over-produced.

UK 7" 1978 (Stiff - DEV 1). Sleeve 1 - a gatefold. According to Devo-Obsesso: "This version features a STIFF Records sticker on the cover - bottom left. This is actually a US-made Booji Boy edition, but with a STIFF sticker added on. STIFF imported US copies (which still had the 'little black stickers) and STIFF stickered them to quickly satisfy the UK demand until they could actually press UK editions (with the printed logo instead etc).
