The Saints are: Mark Birmingham (drums), Barrington (guitar & drawing), Janine Hall (bass), Chris Bailey (voice). These songs were recorded at 7 O'Clock in the morning at The Hog In The Pound pub near Bond St. Tube Station, London, in Summer 80. The following people are inadvertently responsible for all of this: Wynne Knuckles & Malcolm Rugby for the early days, Alec Byrne for shaving foam & fast car, Biscuit for the bus fares, Patrick & Louis for introducing The Saints to the wonder of pastis, Chris Carr for his efforts on behalf of the NME, Art Collins for his saxophone & Ivor Hay for his organ.
