RED STARR, SMASH HITS, MAY 29TH 1980: As a confirmed Fingers fan who's always thought that a live album was just what we needed to convert the unbelievers, I regret to report that this is a real disappointment. The poor sound quality loses all the power and excitement, leaving only an unappetising monotonous thrash - except for a fine ten minute version of Bob Marley's 'Johnny Was', the only real plus mark here. Sorry - for avid fans only. (4 out of 10).
