This compilation assimilates both sides of the Bum My Trip and Fear Of A Fucked Up Planet singles, 'Bent' from 1990's From Twisted Minds Come (Twisted Minds) compilation and a five unreleased tracks. Apart from 'Kicked In The Head', it isn't worth a damn: lethargic metal-industrial-grunge-punk.
All Music Guide: "After Quit While You're Ahead's first song, "Kicked in the Head," it's pretty obvious where the rest of the album is going -- each song highlights a single, gritty, repetitive riff, and a single, screamed melody. The simplicity and repetition give the songs the potential to grow extremely annoying, but the lo-fi, Dinosaur Jr.-esque feel of the production keeps them from sounding like poorly written rock; in the end, the tracks sound like the hard-rock parodies on Ween's early albums ("You Fucked Up," etc.)".
