RECORD COLLECTOR, 1989: 'Live And Loud!', that is, if you've got a graphic equaliser. I don't suppose any 4-Skins enthusiast is going to object to the lo-fi sound quality here, when the album boasts the only version of Gary Hodges singing 'Summer Holiday' (not the Cliff hit!), plus the more usual representatives of the band's set from the early 1980's. Recorded live at the Bridgehouse, the set includes 'Wonderful World', 'Chaos', '1984' and 'Evil'. Like it or loathe it. I'm inclined towards the latter sentiment which, according to the sleeve notes. makes me an "arty farty trendy". Bitchy world, this rock lark.
