STEVE SPINALI, MAXIMUM ROCKNROLL #34, MARCH 1986: Their debut single made me look forward to listening to this LP, but I was disappointed in KALASHNIKOV's lackluster pop and pop-punk compositions, despite the plaintive female vocals. Some adventurous musical changes of pace--and sadly very little in the way of hooks or power.
