Lineup 1 (December 1973 - April 1975):

Vocals/Bass: Richard Hell

Hell went on to form: The Heartbreakers, Richard Hell And The Voidoids

Lineup 2 (May 1975 - Agust 1978; also 1992-1993, 2001-2007):

L-R:
Bass: Fred Smith
Vocals/Guitar: Tom Verlaine
Guitar/Vocals: Richard Lloyd
Drums: Billy Ficca

After the '78 split, Verlaine and Lloyd embarked on solo careers, as well as acting as guest musicans for many people. Smith became a session musician. Ficca joined The Waitresses and then The Washington Squares.

Lineup 3 (2007 - Present):

Vocals/Guitar: Tom Verlaine
Bass: Fred Smith
Guitar/Vocals: Jimmy Rip

Rip was a session musican who played with many famous names (David Johansen, Ian Hunter, Debbie Harry, Mick Jagger) as well as Verlaine at various times. Image from here.
