PUNKY GIBBON: The A-Side is limp white reggae a la The Police i.e. sludgy and boring reggae verses and a sort of punky chorus; the lyrics are as acerbic as ever, but the music is uninspired. 'Consumer Madness' is more in the traditional !AP! vein, and from a slow beginning gradually builds up speed nicely.
