ATTEMPTED MOUSTACHE
Formed: Birkenhead, Wirral, Merseyside, England, UK
Named after a Loudon Wainwright III song, these arty punk types lineup included Simon Blackwell and Paul Wright, both of whom later formed the somewhat more celebrated Half Man Half Biscuit and the somewhat less celebrated Mental Eddies. I've not heard the songs nor have any idea what they sound like. Roddie Rodent of the Mutants (UK band!) was also a member at some point.
