Reviews & Opinions

PUNKY GIBBON: Stunning, desolate standout track from Cut The Crap: this moving mini-epic sums up the dispirited feel of England in the throes of Thatcher-induced misery. A kind of 'Straight To Hell' feel, this also has one of Strummer's best vocals. 'Do it Now' is roughed-up ska, 'Sex Mad Roar' hilarious rockabilly-punk with ludicrous bootboy backing vocals. Great!

Additional Notes

There was also mispressed Dutch version with a completely different version of 'This Is England'.
