Dreadful novelty record masterminded by creepy Jonathan King, who (amongst other things) wrote an entertainment column for The Sun, ran UK Records (home of Kursaal Flyers), released a raft of equally horrible novelty singles, and had sex with underage boys. 'God Save The Sex Pistols' is fake classical music a la Elgar.
