Formed: Newcastle-under-Lyme, in Staffordshire, England, UK

Punk band which lasted less than a year, comprised entirely of students from the Keele University.

Rich Potter - vocals, guitar
Gilchrist Reed - bass, vocals
Jules "Leperd' Smith - drums, vocals
David De Mentoid - violin, vocals
Hans Heap - saxophone, stylophone, vocals

The EP was released on their own Way Out label in a press run of 500 (each individually numbered) & was only available from a few selected outlets - This copy has a Rumbelows, Hounslow stamp on the inner sleeve. Other places were the Beggars Banquet shops (London), Mike Lloyd's Record shop (Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent) or by mail From Way Out Records (Richmond, Surrey)

All the above info lifted from My Life As A Jigsaw blog.

In 2010, a copy of the EP sold for £417 on Ebay! (see here). It's easy to see why: this is fantastic fast silly-punk a la The Shapes/Notsensibles.
