Formed: Preston, Lancashire, England, UK
Unlike many UK bands at the time, Genocides were clearly Johnny Thunders devotees and sounded like it on both of their singles. They were recommended to Flicknife by Generation X-er Tony James and later toured with Hanoi Rocks. Guitarist Tommy also played with Sex Gang Children. Both singles are excellent.
