CLIFF WHITE, SMASH HITS, FEBRUARY 8 - 21, 1979: Thought it was the Ramones again for a second but no, it's a bit too wimpy to be the Dumb Ones. Close, though. Rebellious 13-year-old female readers may like to identify with the song; I suspect it was written with the idea of scoring some teen action for the boys.Additional Notes
