Sid Vicious cash-in band. Heathcote Williams was (is?) a poet, playwright, actor and artist who worked with Derek Jarman and wrote the incredibly rude lyrics for this odd single. He also wrote the incredibly rude lyrics for Why D'Ya Do It?,which appeared on Marianne Faithfull's Broken English album. His Whale Nation book (1988) is supposed to be an extremely beautiful book about the big swimming thingies.
