Reviews & Opinions

Flex! Hardcore: "Collection of old demos. First three tracks are slick sounding demos funded by a female admirer. You can hear “Meathouse”-era Rik through it all, but these songs are much slower and quite tame, and there’s some 60’s/Paisley influence. The next four are 4 track demos that also tend to be on the slow side but have more garage punk feel. The first three on the B side are actually quite good, garagey punk; Graveyard Girls is a cool goth punk song. Next are two live cover versions (with the audience booing and insulting the band, funny…), and an acoustic version of Meathouse. For die-hard fans (if there are any left they MUST be die-hard…); a 7” with the three good B side tracks would have made much more sense. [6]"
