STEVE SPINALI, MAXIMUM ROCKNROLL #40, SEPTEMBER 1986: This debut LP comes across with a good measure of honesty and credibility -- and that would be good enough, but there are some catchy melodies mixed in with fine lyrics to make this album a winner. This is punk in the best sense of the word: aggressive, original, and committed. Most of the songs are nifty, too. A strong release.
