In October, 1980, Jello Biafra, Christian Lunch, Adrian Borland and Morgan-Fisher got together late one night at Morgan's apartment in London, England. Spirits were passed around, we picked up instruments and turned on a tape recorder.

East Bay Ray showed up later and was dubbed in on "The Tazer" and "Mat Beat"

All music and lyrics were improvised. Produced by those present
