Additional Notes

The 7" sleeve was very limited and is now very rare and expensive. The majority of copies came in a company sleeve. Virgin reissued this in 1978 with their green/red labels. Bootlegged in 1989 version on green or purple vinyl, in a nice (but not 100% identical) replica of the original sleeve.
