Reviews & Opinions

PUNKY GIBBON: The backing vocals lose a tincture (only a tincture, mind) of their shoutiness and there is a definite nod towards a mainstream rock sound, but it still sounds like the Rejects, albeit with something nearly resembling a brain. The title track and 'The Greatest Story Ever Told' are almost articulate, and to demonstrate how far they've progressed there's a keyboard-driven instrumental, a gentle acoustic instrumental and an melancholic acoustic ballad. A really good record.
