CLIFF WHITE, SMASH HITS, FEBRUARY 1979: Sorry if I'm treading on any corns here but I reckon this uncomfortable mix of serious 'message' song and clapped-out pop melody is El's weakest effort for ages. He seems to be as humourless as a stuffed trout.
